Dirigentes de los trabajadores del Ministerio Público se retiraron molestos de la Comisión de Constitución por no ser consideradas sus apreciaciones en el proyecto de ley de fortalecimiento. Este documento sólo beneficiaría a fiscales y profesionales de esta institución dejando fuera más del 80% de los funcionarios. Desde la FENAMIP indican que evaluarán las acciones a seguir ante esta situación.

Miembros de la directiva de la Federación Nacional del Ministerio Público, FENAMIP, encabezados por su Presidente (S), Mario Gutiérrez, hicieron abandono de la sesión de la Comisión de Constitución, Legislación y Justicia de la Cámara de Diputados, donde se aprobaron indicaciones al proyecto de ley de fortalecimiento del Ministerio Público que benefician sólo al estamento de fiscales y profesionales de la institución, dejando afuera a técnicos, administrativos y funcionarios del servicio, que constituyen más del 80% de los trabajadores de la repartición.
Los trabajadores, acompañados del dirigente regional de ANFUMIP, Fernando Contreras, manifestaron de esta forma su molestia por no haber sido considerados ni en la implementación de las indicaciones ni en su presentación ante la Cámara, considerando que la iniciativa fue impulsada “a espaldas de los trabajadores”.
Los funcionarios presentes en la sala, que sólo fueron escuchados gracias a la valorable gestión del Diputado Ricardo Rincón (DC), fueron interrumpidos en su breve intervención, razón por la cual decidieron abandonar la sala, indicando que el tema estaba zanjado y negociado desde antes: “el Ejecutivo acordó un proyecto con la Asociación de Fiscales que sólo representan a un sexto de la dotación del Ministerio Público, privilegiando a los más privilegiados. Los Fiscales tendrán un proceso reglado por ley mientras que los funcionarios seguirán sin Carrera Funcionaria ni fiscalización laboral y sólo podrán ascender por vía reglamentaria establecida discrecionalmente por el Fiscal Nacional” protestaron desde FENAMIP.
La directora nacional de la Federación, Paulina Ruiz, señaló que “se le da la espalda a más de 3 mil doscientos funcionario y a sus familias entregando recursos para ascensos y Carrera Funcionaria a un porcentaje mínimo de los trabajadores del servicio. Sería inconcebible que en el Poder Judicial los magistrados tuviesen Carrera Funcionaria y sus subalternos no y eso es exactamente lo que está ocurriendo acá”, señaló molesta la dirigenta de FENAMIP.
Losdirigentes de la Federación señalaron que se encuentran en estado de “alerta máxima” debido a esta situación, y que se reunirán en una asamblea extraordinaria a fin de recoger el sentir de sus representados y definir los pasos a seguir.
