El
viernes 22 de junio de 2018, a las 12:30 hrs. se realizó el escrutinio de la
votación para elegir el Directorio de la Federación Nacional De Asociaciones De
Profesionales Y Técnicos De Las Universidades del Estado de Chile (FENAPTUECH),
para el período 2018 a 2020, realizado en la sede de la Asociación de
Profesionales y Técnicos de la Universidad de Chile (APROTEC) ubicado en Av.
Vicuña Mackenna 79 oficina 103. Santiago.
Ante el
Ministro de Fe, Don José Gallegos Pareja y los miembros del tricel señores
Miguel Sepúlveda Araya, Jorge Álvarez Lorca y Alberto Lecaros
Alvarado, los dirigentes de todas las Asociaciones de
Profesionales y Técnicos integrantes de la Federación (Universidad
de Santiago, Universidad de Chile, Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la
Educación, Universidad de los Lagos y Universidad de Tarapacá), se realizó la
votación para renovar el Directorio de la FENAPTUECH.
Es
importante destacar que nuestro Presidente de APROTEC Boris Barrera Vega fue electo Presidente de FENAPTUECH quien obtuvo la primera mayoría de los votos, además fue
electa Directora nuestra Secretaria General de APROTEC Zaida Espinoza Olguín.

el período que acaban de comenzar, será la integración de nuevas Asociaciones
de Profesionales y Técnicos de Universidades Estatales del norte y sur del
país.

Estar movilizados activamente
para lograr la correcta implementación de la nueva ley de
Universidades del Estado de Chile, mediante un proceso de claustro que
permita elaborar los nuevos estatutos orgánicos, democratizar las Universidades
y poner fin a la institucionalidad heredada de la dictadura.
Realizar gestiones con autoridades parlamentarias
para impulsar nuevas leyes que mejoren disposiciones del Estatuto
Administrativo o de la Ley de Universidades del Estado, por ejemplo, la
posibilidad de corrimiento de grados para la planta profesional y técnica y la
obligación de las instituciones públicas de contar con reglamentos y protocolos
para abordar el acoso laboral.
Incorporarnos a la mesa del Sector Público para
poder negociar aspectos que mejoren las condiciones laborales de los
funcionarios de las Universidades estatales.
Exigir a las nuevas autoridades del Gobierno del
Presidente Piñera, la incorporación de los compañeros profesionales que se
acogieron a retiro desde 01 de enero de 2015 al 10 de noviembre del 2018 a la
ley 21043 (Ley de bonificación adicional), ya que estos fueron discriminados
por el gobierno anterior y hoy están con la manos vacías después de toda una
vida laborando en las Universidades del estado.
