Este jueves 14 de julio parte de
la Directiva APROTEC encabezada por su Presidente Boris Barrera, su Vicepresidenta Zaida Espinoza y su Secretario General Oscar Silva, sostuvieron
una reunión de presentación y trabajo con la recientemente designada dirección
del Hospital clínico de la Universidad de Chile encabezada por el Director
General Dr. Eduardo Tobar, el Director Académico Dr. Paul Delano, el Subgerente
de RRHH Aldo Siri y la Subgerenta de Administración y Finanzas Sra. Consuelo
Navarro. Además de la presentación de cordialidad de los dirigentes y dirección
del hospital, se mencionaron las diversas temáticas de contingencia que en la
actualidad tienen directa relación con los trabajadores del Hospital clínico de
la Universidad de Chile, aquellas materias que se manifestaron fueron las
siguientes:
Situación Financiera del
Hospital: La asociación manifiesta la preocupación constante de la situación
hospital y manifiesta que estamos dispuestos a trabajar en pro de la
recuperación del hospital, además de solicitar al nuevo director el manejo de
la gestión financiera y que las y los trabajadores del hospital no estamos
dispuestos ni merecemos sufrir un menosprecio en nuestras remuneraciones, el
director se compromete que esto no ha sucedido ni debiera suceder.
Situación Hospital y traspaso al
sector público: La asociación declara su voluntad por apoyar al sistema publico
de salud donde se atiende la mayoría de
la población Chile con menores recursos y que claramente este hospital seria un
aporte para la salud de esta población, no obstante, se le menciona al director
que este traspaso y/o apoyo no puede ser realizado sin la participación de la
comunidad hospitalaria, es decir, debe realizarse con previo acuerdo con las y
los trabajadores del Hospital Clínico.
Mesa de trabajo para ambientes
laboral adecuado y no más maltrato laboral: La asociación solicita una mesa
ampliada con todas las partes que conforman los equipos de trabajo e ir
revisando los casos de mal trato o ambientes inocuos de trabajo para los
funcionarios, revisar las definiciones de funciones de Profesionales que están en
la planta administrativa cumplen con funciones profesionales y que muchas veces
con remuneraciones inferiores a su responsabilidad. Esta mesa será liderada por
el Subgerente de RRHH.
Cabe mencionar que todas las solicitudes emanadas por esta
asociación, fueron bien recibidas y aceptadas por el Director Dr. Eduardo Tobar
con su equipo directivo, quienes se comprometieron a mantener una relación de
trabajo fluida con la asociación. Por último el Director del HCUCH hace entrega
del Libro “Tiempos de Pandemia Covid 19” año 2020, esta obra es un
reconocimiento a todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras del HCUCH por su trabajo y reconversión para
el combate de esta pandemia.
