El día sábado 6 de mayo nos reunimos en nuestra sede con la Diputada Karol Cariola y su equipo parlamentario, por el tema del Proyecto de Ley que fortalece el vínculo entre el Hospital Clínico y el Sistema Nacional de Servicios de Salud (denominada "Ley HCUCH")

Como APROTEC nos encontramos en alerta por el tema de la Ley HCUCH, debido a que NO estamos siendo considerados los trabajadores y trabajadoras del HCUCH en los beneficios que establecen las leyes 19937 y 19490 (estos beneficios son percibidos por los y las trabajadoras de los hospitales públicos) y que como APROTEC solicitamos su incorporación en el anteproyecto cuando nuestro Presidente Cro. Boris Barrera realizó una presentación el 28 de noviembre del 2022 en la comisión de salud de la cámara de diputados y diputadas (http://aprotec.uchile.cl/2022/12/nuestro-presidente-de-aprotec-expone-en.html#.ZFlPdXbMKM8) y que tuvo respaldo transversal de todos los sectores políticos. Sin embargo nos encontramos ad portas de su aprobación sin considerar este punto esencial para los trabajadores y trabajadoras del Jota, los que nos hace ver como funcionarios públicos de segunda categoría. En esta importante reunión expusimos estas inquietudes con la diputada Karol Cariola ella se comprometió a reponer el tema y realizo varias gestiones para ello, como gestionar una reunión para esta semana entre APROTEC y el Senador Juan Luis Castro, Presidente de la la comisión de salud del senado. Queremos destacar como APROTEC la preocupación, compromiso y cercanía de la diputada hacia las demandas de los y las trabajadoras del Jota.
Hacemos un llamado a estar alerta y movilizados a todos los funcionarios y funcionarias del Jota y se interioricen del tema, creemos que pronto debemos juntarnos en una asamblea para decidir los paso a seguir.
