La empresa de supermercados Unimarc aún no entrega finiquitos a trabajadores despedidos a principios de diciembre, pero aseguran que podrían entregar documentos bancarios el 31 de este mes.

Infructuosa fue la comparecencia de 29 trabajadores pertenecientes al sindicato número 1 del supermercado Unimarc, ex Bigger, ante la Inspección del Trabajo.
Se suponía que este viernes recibirían el pago de sus finiquitos tras ser despedidos por la restructuración de la empresa el 13 de diciembre. Sin embargo, ello no ocurrió.
Desde la empresa se solicitó ampliar el plazo para que el 31 de diciembre a mediodía entreguen los vale vista, en pleno feriado bancario, recordó la presidenta del sindicato número 1, Sandra Barrientos.
Respecto de los últimos trabajadores despedidos el martes 24, la dirigente explicó que el sindicato número 2 realizó este viernes los últimos trámites para el reintegro ordenado por la Inspección del Trabajo antes de llegar a tribunales: ir con los empleados al local y presentarse a trabajar.
Barrientos señaló que la empresa volvió a negar al reintegro e incluso pidieron apoyo de Carabineros, a pesar de que se encontraban con una fiscalizadora.
En el caso de los trabajadores despedidos de Unimarc durante el 24 de diciembre, pertenecientes al sindicato número 1, Sandra Barrientos explicó que la Inspección aún no resuelve la solicitud de reintegro presentada el jueves, lo que podría ocurrir el lunes.
