Junto con saludarles, queremos
comunicarles qué este martes 13 de Junio de 2017 ingreso a la Cámara de Diputados el
proyecto de ley de incentivo al Retiro que beneficiará a Académicos y
Profesionales de las Universidades Estatales de Chile, este proyecto de ley pasara como primer trámite
legislativo a la Comisión de Educación y a la Comisión de Hacienda en lo
pertinente.
Se trata de un proyecto de ley que nace de un protocolo de acuerdo suscrito entre el Consorcio de Universidades del Estado de Chile (Cuech), encabezados por su presidente y Rector de la Universidad de Chile, Ennio Vivaldi, y uno de sus directores y rector de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Juan Manuel Zolezzi, junto a la ministra de Educación, Adriana Delpiano, y el subdirector de Racionalización y Función Pública de la Dirección de Presupuesto, Jorge Rodríguez, el Presidente de la Federación Nacional de académicos Carlos Gómez y por nuestra Presidenta de la Federación Nacional de Profesionales (FENAPTUECH) Betsy Saavedra.
Como Federación de Profesionales
participamos desde el año 2014 a la fecha en varias reuniones de trabajo
(CUECH, DIPRES y gremios nacionales) aportando ideas, sugerencias y
reivindicaciones de nuestro sector siendo actores importante en la
defensa de los intereses de nuestros asociados, no
obstante tenemos algunas diferencias respecto al proyecto, en donde
vamos exigir nuestra participación tanto en la Comisión de Educación, Comisión
de Hacienda y todas las instancias legislativas en donde expondremos con fundamentos claros nuestras propuestas y
con el ánimo de mejorar y fortalecer
este proyecto de ley.
Como Federación nos sentimos satisfechos con el
ingreso de este proyecto que es un anhelo esperado por muchos compañeros y compañeras
Profesionales que han entregado una vida de trabajo y compromiso en el
desarrollo de las Universidades del Estado de Chile.
Como APROTEC estamos disponibles para responder
dudas y sugerencias que puedan aportar ideas, que representaremos en la discusión
parlamentaria de este proyecto de ley.
