Participaron los dirigentes de las 8 Asociaciones que son parte de Federación. Verónica Choque (UTA), Francisco Villegas (UA), Gabriel Mora (UDA), Paola Calderón (UMCE), Ramón Ávila (USACH), Robert Silva (USACH), Zaida Espinoza (UCHILE), Boris Barrera (UCHILE), Patricia Beristain (ULAGOS) y Juan Pinilla (UMAG).
El Presidente de APROTEC Cro, Boris Barrera Vega realizó una presentación dando cuenta de un resumen de las actividades realizadas por FENAPTUECH durante el año 2020 en su calidad de Presidente de nuestra Fedceración
- Se organizo el seminario “Democratización Universitaria y condiciones laborales de los trabajadores de las Universidades del Estado en el contexto de la crisis Social”. Enero 2020.
- Se inauguró la sala de reuniones de Federación que lleva el nombre de nuestras compañera dirigenta (QEPD) Elizabeth Villesca. Enero 2020.
- Se forma METUECH (Mesa triestamental de las Universidades del Estado de Chile) en donde nuestra Federación colaboró en su organización y en la actualidad es parte activa de esta. Abril 2020.
- La Federación representada por su Presidente expuso en la comisión de educación de la cámara de diputadas y diputados, la postura sobre el ante-proyecto de ley que dispone la suspensión del cobro de aranceles y derechos de matrícula y similares, por parte de instituciones de educación superior, durante la vigencia del estado de excepción constitucional. Abril 2020.
- Como Federación y miembros de METUECH sostuvimos una reunión con el Senador Carlos Montes y el Diputado Juan Santana para discutir el anteproyecto de Ley de suspensión de pago de aranceles de las Universidades. Mayo 2020.
- Fuimos invitados como Federación a participar en la Mesa Amplia de la Educación, organica en la que se encuentran diferentes organizaciones gremiales y sindicales de trabajadores y trabajadoras de la Educación, mas diputados y dipuatadas de oposición.
- Participamos y organizamos como parte de METUECH del 1° Claustro Triestamental de las Universidades del Estado de Chile. Junio 2020.
- Fuimos invitados como Federación a participar en la Secretaria de Educación de la CUT para abordar el tema de la Educación en tiempos de pandemias junto a todos los gremios de todos los niveles de educación. Hemos estado presente hasta la fecha en diferentes reuniones discutiendo y aportando como trabajadores públicos universitarios. Junio 2020.
- Betsy y Boris en representación de nuestra Federación fueron invitados por la Secretaría de Educación de la CUT al programa de Radio Recabarren a exponer sobre “Cómo impacta la pandemia en las y los trabajadores de las Universidades del Estado”. Junio 2020.
- Como Federación enviamos una carta a Senadora Adriana Muñoz y se sostuvo conversaciones con Presidente de la Anef Cro. José Perez y Senador Juan Pablo Letelier para acelerar la tramitación del proyecto de ley que hace aplicable la tutela laboral a los funcionarios públicos. Julio 2020.
- Como Federación y miembros de METUECH sostuvimos una reunión con el Consejo Directivo del Consorcio de Universidades del Estado de Chile (CUECH). Julio 2020.
Acuerdos de la Asamblea ampliada de FENAPTUECH
1.- Se discutió el tema de las elecciones de FENAPTUECH en el contexto de la Ley 21.235 (suspensión temporal de procesos electorales gremiales y sindicales). Se acordó que si las condiciones lo permiten realizar el proceso eleccionario en marzo 2021.
2.- Se discutió el tema de la Ley 21094, se relató las diferentes realidades de las Universidades en el trabajo de discusión de los estatutos y se acordó insistir en una prórroga en la entrega de estos para junio 2022. Quedamos de plantear este tema en METUECH y a través de aquí insistir en esto, además se acordó poder gestionar a través de reuniones que podamos sostener con diputados y diputadas en especial que sean integrantes de la comisión de educación de la cámara.
3.- Se discutió la posibilidad de poder tener un abogado o abogada que podamos financiar a través de la Federación y la Asociación base que lo necesite en el contexto de la ley 21094.
4.- El Cro. Ramón Ávila quedo de enviar a cada una de las Asociaciones el monto de la deuda que se tiene por concepto de cuota social.
5.- Se aprobó como Federación apoyar la opción APRUEBO en el plebiscito y la convención constituyente.
6.- Se acordó reunirnos nuevamente como ampliado de Federación la 4° semana de Septiembre 2020.
7.- Se acordó apoyar y difundir el libro “Érase una vez un estallido” que pronto será publicado. Este Libro fue escrito por el Cro. Francisco Villegas Presidente de la Asociación de Profesionales de la Universidad de Antofagasta.
