El jueves 30 de Marzo como directiva de APROTEC nos reunimos con la Directora de Gestión y Desarrollo de Personas en la Universidad de Chile Fabiola Divín, cuya finalidad era presentarnos la propuesta sobre trabajo a distancia, al que la Universidad pretende acogerse próximamente, según establece el articulo 65 de la ley de reajuste del sector público.
Como APROTEC valoramos el que se este pensando en una política de teletrabajo regulado y bien estructurado, antes estos hechos nosotros realizamos una encuesta que fue enviado a los socios y socias de APROTEC de toda la Universidad de Chile, para tener un insumos desde la mirada de los y las trabajadoras para ser entregado a la Directora Fabiola Divín, que valoró positivamente este instrumento, recogiendo nuestras inquietudes y comprometiéndose a mantenernos informados del proceso en curso. Del mismo modo nos mantendremos atentos y dispuestos a colaborar con todo lo que implique el poner en marcha la propuesta de la manera más justa y equitativa para la comunidad Universitaria y especialmente nuestros asociados y asociadas.
