El Proyecto de Ley en discusión es regresivo en relación con
lo que existe actualmente y viene a ser la contracara estatal de un sistema de
educación de mercado:
I. No respeta la autonomía universitaria, elimina
los avances democratizadores de algunas universidades y reduce la participación
a espacios meramente consultivos.
II. No implica un cambio en la estructura de la
matrícula de la educación superior y sus mecanismos de financiamiento son
inestables e insuficientes.
III. Normaliza la precariedad y flexibilidad laboral.
Solo nos queda movilizarnos y defender nuestros derechos laborales y proteger la autonomía universitaria y exigir participación en elegir nuestras autoridades ahora.
