El día Miércoles 17 de Agosto en las dependencias del Ministerio de Salud, se sostuvo una reunión en relación a la denominada Ley "HCUCH" con Jaime Junyent asesor parlamentario de la Ministra de Salud, el Director del HCUCH Dr. Eduardo Tobar, representantes de FONASA, Diputada Karol Cariola y su equipo parlamentario y en representación de APROTEC, por nuestro presidente Boris Barrera.
Como APROTEC, seguimos insistiendo en la necesidad de formar una mesa tripartita (ejecutivo, gremios del hospital y la Universidad de Chile) que pueda realizar un estudios de brechas salariales entre loas funcionarios/as del HCUCH y los funcionarios/as de los hospitales públicos. Nosotros estamos convencidos que las hay y que es muy necesario que el ejecutivo se hago cargo. Vamos a ser un hospital que se integra a la red pública y debemos ser reconocidos con funcionarios públicos del estado de Chile.
Estimado/a Jaime Junyent, Agradezco la reunión que se llevó a cabo el miércoles 17 de agosto en el Ministerio de Salud para discutir la Ley "HCUCH". Como representante de APROTEC, quiero reiterar la importancia de establecer una mesa tripartita que incluya al ejecutivo, los gremios del hospital y la Universidad de Chile. Esta mesa sería responsable de realizar un estudio sobre las diferencias salariales entre los funcionarios del HCUCH y los de los hospitales públicos. Creemos firmemente que existen brechas salariales y es fundamental que el gobierno tome medidas al respecto.
